It took about 2 weeks for mine to flip. I also received a letter with my options from Prudential at about the same time. My last day was in mid-March. (I left when they weren't paying the rent for months, security company walked away, 2nd janitorial company was about to leave due to non-payment etc. Health and safety of employees and students was in jeopardy. The writing was on the wall.) My rollover was completed by the third week of April.
I think it will be early next week. Usually takes about 2 weeks after sgut down of a company. This is what Prudential told me yesterday. keep checking the prudential website under "withdrawals" tab. Check each day to see if you are still "active" under that tab. I'm rolling mine over to Vanguard as soon as possible
