For non-payment of wages? Anyone know anything?

Yeah, I received the notice of that suit last year, and called the attorney. He said it was unlikely that the suit would go anywhere because Corinthian didn't have much money. Now that the company has declared bankruptcy, it's definitely not going anywhere.
Who would you sue? An entity with no management or money?
