She was misunderstood. She had to make tough decisions or the family would get rid of her.
Her tenure was marked by capricious cruelty. She is not fit to direct the activity of thousands of employees. If she really retires, that's the best for all concerned. She was an abject failure.
Her motto was we can fix it. Also, show me the money which she did very well with.
