I am one of those who is contemplating joining UHG but after knowing them and reading these threads, perhaps it is wise to reconsider moving on to a far more stable organization than becoming a statistic as a cast off later on with these unceremonious yahoos.

it has happen. i was a contractor in security outsourced to the Philippines.
Agreed. They've been sending me multiple recruiting emails, mostly from the Phillippines, but I declined to interview through their recorded web app. I figure that if UHG has outsourced HR and can't even interview via phone, then they're not worth my time. How soon will it take to outsource UHG/Optum?
