Don't be silly. Positions that are least needed and easiest to replace are laid off first. E.g. jobs that does not require a college degree. Professional folks can find employment in any industry nation wide, relocation notwithstanding.
yes overpaid ! and without any contracts. lay them off. Lets face it they are better able to live with the salaries that they got compared to the grunts. Get rid of, achieve, solv, middle upper management, too many engineers, coordinators, downsize hse, HR and the rediculous facilities cleaners employed to clean Aberdeen bases. I mean come on cleaning fire extinguishers every day. get a real job. Managers can clean their own workstations, rooms themselves lazy too good to do it themselves layabouts with no jobs to do. Hear me Aberdeen!!!! The workshops are flat out with reduced staff and extra workload of the people you let go and the engineers, coordinators, managers have nothing to do. Get a boilersuit on and lend a hand !!!! whats wrong is it beneath you !!!!!
