People are leaving too fast and Infosys is trying to offering contract position.
In my opinion, these are temporary position until they can find someone from India to replace you.

At this point it looks like the only folks with jobs that are safe are gonna be the Starbucks guys. It'll be interesting to see those "Fossilized" emails go out with an Indian accent!

I love it. Sr management thought everyone would just stick around and kiss their feet for a job. Nearly everyone I knew including middle management during my time there has left, even those with severance packages on the table. Meanwhile infosys is begging people to stay because their replacement drones aren't up to the task. The sr management most definitely overplayed their hand.

This is what happens when you openly screw an entire department of people. I hope the people upstairs are watching. Just because they got rid of all the Morlocks doesn't mean the Eloys are safe.
