But the frustrating part is, we've been in a 'just wait' mode since a year ago, when Bob was announcing big changes. I was excited about the change a year ago. Now...I'm just weary.
Are you kidding me, September! This guy can't implement Agile to an organization if he can't make a decision in less than the 3 months he has now given his team. He started in June for crying out loud.
