Is this John Watson's post? Project Alpha is the result of poor planning and decision making by the Executives of the company. Their impire building has created massive overhead. Now when its time to cut costs, they are protected while the worker bees are sacrificed. The first that should go are these idiots that put the company in the position its in.

Change management resources are available for all affected employees. Be wary though, any stress or anxiety medication prescribed by a physician will show up when HR visits you for a fluid donation. That puts you on a "watch" list.

Project Alpha is only about change, not opportunity. It's nothing to be greatful for. It's all about reducing costs and firing lots of loyal employees with families. Who posted this? Some dork in HR for sure.
