Heard QCA will be spared this time. Some VPs joined Qca just to escape from layoff

It take Intel 1 year to do a full technology transfer from an acquisition to an internal team. They will descend on the unsuspecting like hawks on a gerbil. This means that you have 1 year to look for a job after the acquisition. If by some miracle you stay within Intel after a year, you'll wish you'd dragged your ass through the Valley of Broken Glass and Salt instead.

So far, if Jana has asked for it, QC has done it. This Hedge fund has 18.2% of its assets allocated to QC; they want their money. QC will break up. It's not even in the hands of QC brass. The independent audit won't be done by CTOs, it will be done by CFOs. Once they side with Jana, it's over.

Its all BS. Forbes need to spice up news to gain more viewers. Until Q officially announces, this is all Hollywood Journalism.

Maybe, Intel's design is not so good so it will replace it by QCOM's. However, it will go thru the same problem (losing the market to Samsung, Mediatek, ....)

looks like Intel is targeting the chip piece but, if so, then what would it do with her Cellular and WiFi engineers?
