I'm pretty stoked. 5 of my 6 tenants just renewed their 1 year lease, including my slight price increase. Sure glad these 5 don't work at Qualcomm. The sixth one does, and wants to remain month to month...Lol....

Anybody on this forum just inform their landlord they are staying month-to-month? Easily identifiable -- landlord is bitter blowhard, consumed by schadenfreude. A petty little man.

@bitterlandlord sure is busy today! Last time u had more qc tenants. Maybe your holdout tenant reads this forum?
I'm thinking of raising the last tenants price too. Maybe that will help motivate him to move, so I can find another tenant that is more "stable"
