No, buddy. It's not a Q way. QCA director told me the exact Q way is to get promoted for certain years (At least 3 years). So that's the Q under table. You have to understand what club/KTV and night activity supervisor liked.

CE director arranged night club when San Deigo Sr. director visited Taiwan. And CE manager danced to ingratiate himself with Taiwan CE director in KTV. This is typical way to get promoted. Don't surprise.
