All in, not base just base salary. Would need further enhancement (but not much) to reach that. :)

Are we talking total compensation (VCIP and benefits and the other items reported in HR express) or base dalary?

Let's go with Houston as the location and a mix of asset development and exploration, both international and domestic. Basic generalist.
Gender always plays the role - the range here is so big I could not even give you a ball park without you providing more info, location, type of experience, etc.
