Amanda Sevilla in the Ecom Department has caused the company a lawsuit. From what I hear, it's not a frivolous one. Her mouth and behavior got the company in legal trouble.

The Sevilla's are sneaky people. Neither one should have held such a position much less for as long as they did.
If Follett gets slammed in a lawsuit, she ain't getting no promotion. All who supported her will claim they never even liked her.CYA, CYA!
She will be promoted again. This is new leadership without ethics. The Kmarters have created a toxic environment and they love this stuff.
From what I've heard, she considered an ex-member of her staff a threat and used her newly appointed manager to carry out all sorts of mischievousness. I understand she committed several acts of discrimination in the process.
