Who here is excited to see exactly how botched this back to school season will be? The Neebo nimwits will be kissing butt. showing everyone at the mother ship how tough they are, all the while searching for another job just in case the FHEG guys are as big of jerks as we all assume they are.

Meanwhile an already clueless home office will now have more balls in the air to juggle, and it's not like all of those there previous balls have been well handled well as of late. What will they miss? How many new jewels in the crown will flee to B&N or self operation?

Get ready for more layoffs. And Neebo guys....trust no one.

it has been observed that stores are having trouble with temp staffing this time around. Something about temp employees demanding 12-15 dollars an hour. There are some store managers that don't even make that much. Oh my.

Probably not an employee base out there that's been fed a bigger shit sandwich over the years than Neebo employees. All Follett has to do is treat them slightly better and they'll have a group of employees willing to go to the moon for them. We'll see how that goes. Follett shut most of their off campus stores down years ago because they didn't know how to run them. It's beginning to be evident why...

They've just dumped the onboarding process and technical training on to store managers via the 'Follett Permanent Support Buddy Directives.' A process that used to take six months is to be scaled down. And by passing the buck the blame falls on store managers. The spreadsheet

Detailing assignments is opaque and illogically laid out. Neebo people, there's a lot to learn in a short time and they're assigning people already over worked to train you. Strap yourselves in, this is going to be bloody.
