Current CEO seems determined to bring the company to its knees. And while our ESOP accts that are ending soon suffer due to stock prices she is still taking home her self elevated pay check and bonuses that no one else gets.

I really liked Ann, but at this point believe she made a very big mistake mentoring Ursula to take her position.

The Xerox I worked for has long since been gone. And those of us who worked for that Xerox are ashamed of what it has become.

If only sales had known how to market our computers we would be where Apple is now. But instead, good ole Steve Jobs was allowed to visit PARK and take the innovations back to his lab to create the MAC.

Way to go upper management. That little fly by night guy you thought was a dreamer took our work from PARK (in his genius head) and created the perhaps the most successful company in existence. Have you compared our stock price to that of Apple lately?

What's wrong with you Xerox board? Can't you see this CEO is driving the train into a mountainside that doesn't have a tunnel?

Xerox has to fundamentally change. Management is forming a nexus to create the worse. A CTO who has no knowledge of technology in various verticals, and an innovation program that has least relevance to business. If loyalist raises a flag, they use passive aggression to remove them, to maintain the nexus. If any small thing ever gets done, the celebration almost is at a shameful level. Someone please fix it.

As a employee I have full access to Xerox facilities in Monroe county. What a shame to see how empty the offices are compared to only five years ago. It seems everyone is working virtual..... sure.... how does a nuts and bolts manufacturer continue business with all players at home? It seems most of the technical end (printers/copiers) management running the business are from non-technical areas and are unfamiliar with the technical aspect of the business. Closure is coming, the employees including myself, realize this and are just hanging on to their well paid positions until the inevitable occurs.
