I was running a bit close to a meeting and decided to get some food at the new building Q cafeteria. I can't believe I paid almost $10 for food that looks like and tastes like garbage. I seriously have never had a decent meal at a Qualcomm cafeteria. Please everybody stop eating there to make the Eurest cartel LEAVE. Pass it on.

I bet a single pot of curry is more than enough to serve the entire staff in Q bldg.

Collaboration is overrated. Most people suck. QCOM should provide decent food at cost on only slightly above because they routinely expect people to work 80+ hrs. per week. This doesn't exactly leave time for home cooked meals, and a steady diet of fast food contributes to health problems (and increased insurance rates), and higher absenteeism during fall/winter/spring flu season due to weakened immune systems. (Because most of you insist on sharing your germs with the rest of the group.)
OP - You are full of shit. You have some serious personal issues with Q and you need to let it go.
Anonymous127306: I think any issues related to QCOM is fair shot in this forum. There are lot of totally QCOM unrelated topics being discussed so Cafeteria discussion is more than welcome.
I also think cafeteria food is overpriced and of poor quality. Q should provide better quality food at slightly lower them market price to motivate employee to eat in cafeteria. to promote better team building and collaboration environment.
What does your comment have to do about the current layoffs/downsizing at qualcomm? Does not provide any constructive info for anyone.. Please stop spamming and use this site appropriately for sharing constructive info related to the layoff and sharing information that the affected people may find usefull.
I agree so expensive for what you get; maybe QC is making money from it.
