excellent pay, growing company, nice place, close to Denver Tech center, 30-40% less expensive to SD. House price 1/3 to SD. Lot of outdoor activities.

One drawback is that you have to move to Denver. Hmmm, really tough choice, Denver or San Diego? Most of SD residents won't survive Denver winter.
