Here is an interesting contrast between the NFL and EDMC. The excerpt is from an article regarding the Patriots and their issue with the NFL and I've only posted a portion of the piece that I think is relevant to this company. "Friday's emails aren't about exonerating the Patriots. That ship has mostly sailed. It is about showing a league office drunk on power, overwhelmed by prejudice and completely ignoring the well-reasoned requests of a team. How does Roger Goodell explain that kind of behavior ..."
Summary: Look at this from our perspective. We work (or worked) for someone who could care less about exonerating those who wanted to work in an ethical and rightful way. They (Uncle Ed, Danny F, etc.) allow poor business practices to dominate then they place the blame on us (not passing enough people, not being creative in getting placements, failing to get enough new enrollments) instead of looking at where they have failed. Just point fingers somewhere else is their solution.
"That's the question Robert Kraft wants front and center in front of his fellow owners and it's clear he's going to make it happen by any means necessary now."
Summary: Don't we want our questions answered - in an HONEST way? Maybe our "any means necessary now" is about taking all the information you may have and notifying the lawyers, department of education, accrediting bodies or anyone else who may listen, of the fraudulent practices they encourage. Even circumstantial evidence is enough to convict if it is overwhelming.
"So let the email leaking commence. "Personal and accusatory" may be just getting started"
Summary: Just as it says...let the games begin.
