Kirkland will not have to be greeter at Costco to supplement his retirement like those his age who were let go during this ROM.
What type of car?
What type of car?
I agree with "Absolutely Disgusted". George is as guilty as the other incompetent clueless execs who drove the titanic straight into the iceberg. He was just enjoying the ride and milking the cow then retired right before the shit hit the fan! Was it pure coincidence? highly doubt it, but that is not important, what is important is that Chevron is in dire need for fresh new leaders. Innovative, intelligent leaders who are technical and business savvies.
Hate to burst your bubble Anonymous128496, but George is as guilty of the company's down turn as any of them. He was milking the company for personal perks while preaching that the peasants needed to cut back on travel expenses. Ridiculous! I personally saw the receipts for two $90,000 cars the company bought him for personal use 3 years running. He can't drive the same $20,000 altimas we drive or did his ability to perform depend on the quality of car he drove? and with the millions he was making why did the company buy him a car?
Kirkland is 65, which is a mandatory retirement age for executives at Chevron. He ain't coming back
