At 45$ barrel all of Canadian/Lower 48 operations are under loss as operational cost is higher than 45$ wti cost, how long can COP management afford to run at this point? will they consider temporary closing some BUs (with temporary layoffs) and then bringing them back on once prices come back?

Sounds like some don't even know what Bartlesville does.
COP has to learn how to operate assets like EOG where we are not spending $140k for contract operators. Need to stop working with the major engineering firms, foster wheeler, jacobs, etc.. None of the smaller E&P companies in Eagleford and Bakken deal with these companies. we spend so much money on nonsense.
