Matter of opinion. I think it is a great company. I think Doug is awesome. Do I like all the changes? No! But I understand he is making business decisions in effort to pull us up. I am thankful for a place to work, a pay check and another day to say I work for one of the best companies in America!
Keeping it great? If what you see right now is considered a great company, I hope I work for a shitty one after layoffs.
Everyone who is complaining about CHK and stating they do not want to work there...how bout you leave and let the rest of us focus on keeping Chesapeake GREAT?

With all the companies probably laying off I wouldn't want to be let go. This isn't going to be like last time where you will get picked up by another company quickly. Everyone is hurting.
I'm hoping Doug and the gang are getting serious about layoffs. I'm ready to go but want a some severance for the job hunting I'll need to be doing.
