Has anyone heard if WFT is going to close the Laurel Miss Fishing Rental Division since it only has 8 fulltime employees and 3 of them are fisherman? # cant suppoet the fixed cost.

I heard Laurel was closing the fishing District by the end of Sept. Melvin Davis is supposed to stay on Board and sell. The other employees are going to be let go.
yes laurel had 3 layoffs ( 1 supervisor, 1 shop hand and a welder) leaving them with only 2 fisherman left to support a district with 4 office personal and 2 outside salesman, go figure why are they keeping this district open? this district needs to close and merge with Bossier La.
i heard that there was a layoff in laurel this past week can anyone confirm?
