Thread regarding Baker Hughes Inc. layoffs

Upcoming collapse

This will hurt for those investing in the risky markets. Others who hold assets will gain. Sale now, all of your stock, then when it crashes but it all back doe pennies per share. Hal bought bh because after the collapse and the war begin with Russia, oil will rise faster than it did in 2010. Consolidation of the markets, another bailout of both the banker class and tech/oil sectors of the economy and a financial haircut for the investor class. The worker class will go back to work in full force by late 2016. The question is, are you rooted enough to weather the storm and survive the next 16 months?

Start writing that sci-fi book. The story line is already developed.

No war with Russia.....Unless you mean proxy wars. The only war that matters is a production war with Saudi. OPEC is done and Saudi is starting to blink. It's a war of attrition. Saudi can't win because American shale can't be stopped. New drilling can be slowed but production will keep on pumping. If prices drop to the $30's, production might slow temporarily, but can and will flow immediately at the slightest sign of a price increase. Saudi is in a lose lose scenario that they created. American labor is taking a hit because cuts are being helped by the ridiculous and archaic export ban. Lift the ban and give American shale a chance to compete in the world market. Prices will stay low, Saudi will crack and the American economy will go boom. Energy companies will be begging those laid off to come back.

There is not enough jobs for Americans anymore because of Indian invasion. There wil not be a war with Russia because its too dangerous, more dangerous than playing their rulet.

Yes there is a coming war with Russia. Although I think the United States will not be on the winning slide of this war.
