"Total enrollment at APUS decreased 7% year over year to 89,000 owing to a decrease in students using TA and federal student aid (FSA). The decline was however lower in rate than the company's guided range of 19% to 23%. However, new student enrollments (student starts) at APUS decreased 19% to 13,500, which was far worse than the company’s expected decline range between 7% and 10%. Total enrollment and new enrollment of students using TA declined 10% and 13% respectively, owing to lesser utilization of military tuition assistance benefits by active duty military personnel." ...................................................http://finance.yahoo.com/news/american-public-education-earnings-lag-143502949.html
