We were just ordered to cancel all food and snacks for an all day meeting. Also told employees who were travelling in to not travel in. One day in advance.
I, for one, embrace our new Brazilian Overlords!
Employee Hiring Policy
Effective immediately, all hiring decisions must follow the new Hiring Policy as set out below:
· The Company will not rehire former employees of either Kraft or Heinz who are not currently employed by the Company as of July 6, 2015. This policy applies to all to permanent, temporary or contract white-collar positions.
· Moving forward, no spouses of current employees may be hired.
· The Company will not approve hires from other Food Consumer Packaged Goods companies unless approved by the Extended Leadership Team.
Moving forward, all compensation adjustments must be approved by the Human Resources function.
This policy applies only to salaried positions and does not impact hourly workers at our factories.

The Kraft Heinz Company
Top Kraft leadership is all being replaced by Heinz/3G employees. Kraft has managed to keep about 5 leaders in their positions. The trickle down will be devastating if the trend continues. Which it will. As we continue to get newsletters from Bernardo called "Insights & Inspirations" as employees are crying at their desks.
