First my AM comes out of a MGR meeting ghost faced. Then she can't look me in the eye. Then I hear I have to be available for a meeting with the RVP later. Hmmmmm. Wait it gets better. Now it's confirmed that a Campus Director just got demoted from her interim role and is taking her old team back and that AM's will be getting demoted. A lot to process, I know. All the while the big man says that jobs are safe, no lay offs. Yea, OK. 13 teams, 2 campuses? Won't stay that way for long

They are safe there, HP is in good with the new HR lady, she spends 1/2 her morning in his cube. The problem isn't JG, the problem is the Hanburgler and Frizzy. I nearly spit my lunch out when I read that email that was sent. True, Sir Punch A lot and Heartless Prick are a real dynamic duo but they are making the best of it. HP in my book is a loud mouthed douche bag but I've been here almost 7 years and he actually does know what he is doing. I have personally watched Frizzy fail in every role she's been in.

No secret what is happening here. VM is already putting his stamp on one of the teams he got. Already plucking AR's, then setting the AM's up for failure. JG will do what he always does, take a new team, give LG whoever she wants, let her send a non performing AR to a different team so she doesn't have to do any work, give PC whats left then in 2-4 mos fire the manager. If he wants an AR cut he will have PC, the heartless prick with no concience do the dirty work.
