Good honest insight that is shared by many associates. When I get angry about all of the BS going on, I just imagine that Follett is gone. They managed to wipe out almost every single dedicated, intelligent employee they had, to replace them with idiots from companies going down the drain. I'm sorry for the Neebo people, they don't know what they are in for.... Except those unfortunate souls who used to work at Follett. GET OUT NOW! Find another job before you too are dumped.

The goal is to drive long term employees out. Lower the costs at the store so they can be added at the home office.
