Holy cow guys, get a grip. If there is no layoff or its just minor, you are all getting yourselves all worked up into a froth over nothing. Just decide if Q is the right environment for you. If so, just take a chill pill and get back to work. If not, start to make a longer term plan for yourself, decide what you want to do, what skills you need to get there, study up, and move on. But those posting here with the racist/homophobic/ALL CAPS BS it's enough. I can't believe QC ever employed aholes like you and if they did and you are still there, I really do hope you get laid off. Although I can't say that I agree with how QC has been run, its dragged down by people like you.

I'd cut people some slack. This is a neutral place for people to air their thoughts in an anonymous setting, without fear of reprisals.
You're right that people should be planning for the worst though. It's a given that layoffs have started and will continue to happen, and a job at QC (for more recent folks) is no longer for life.
I dont see any problem with people sharing their actual thoughts...at least they are not hypocrate
I totally agree with you this is just stress and pressure talking on this forum right now.We need calm until we know more.
