I'm baker bro. I pretend that I'm white because I play beer pong with other white baker managers. I've been in this company 16 years. My wife left me because I'm a piece of shit and took my kids. So now I buttfuck men. I don't worry about the racist shit because now that I'm a junior manager, I have power. I can write people up and pretend I'm both important and valuable to this company. Because of my low self esteem and over all general failure at all of my task I feel threatened by those who a) come to work everyday b) do a good job and c) are more confident than me. I use my power to write them up and try to 'run them off'. just call me bakerbro
