Expect to see continuing tight controls on headcounts and internal re-orgs, not any huge layoff. One troll with hundreds of postings here doesn't make it so.

The WARN Act Notice makes it so. Official layoff date will be 60 days from date of Notice, if more than 600 employees laid off. If less, they will just push people out or PIP them. Perhaps if HR would read the freaking stuff sent to them by Legal they would know this?
Tight headcounts are just another word for a bloodbath. I've no doubt it'll be sneaky though and occur over time. Mark my words. Heads will roll. Don't listen to these HR jokers who've injected their nonsense here. Everybody already knows. Don't kid is. HR is not here for you. They are here for the company

It could be possible that it will be implemented as series of small layoff,rather than 1 big one?
There won't be any layoffs, just employees being asked to take GTFO package.
