65 layoffs announced Wednesday, out of which are 18 supervisors at Oscar Mayer. This includes the plant manager who has been with the company for 30+ years. Now, the corporate side has been decimated as well, as almost 150 were eliminated. All of this is a part of that huge purge led by 3G, they are telling us 2500 but the number will be higher if you take in considerations open positions that will not be filled and people that will be retiring.
