My grandmother got a weekly supply of that government cheese. I don't remember all she got but the cheese was unforgettable. Unfortunately we had to visit a lot. This was back in the early 70s. I have never seen that cheese since. With the way things are going, I may soon be getting my own supplies. Wonder wher I put her recipe book.
