It would be bad if s****z, a senior director in QCES, got his son an internship in his own project. Thankfully that's not true. It would be worse if the son is a 2nd year undergrad biochem major. That's also not true. It would be crossing the line if this son rarely shows up for work. By now you know I'm writing fiction.

Bangladeshis hiring their own family members. Pakistanis hiring people from their same village -> Quetta.

Pakistani manager AH harassed a Jewish Iranian guy to the point of clinical depression. Jewish guy informs HR and higher ups but what does Qualcomm do? Nothing! Jewish guy sues Qualcomm. Qualcomm transfers AH to Canada and then Germany so he can't be subpoenaed. Lawsuit is settled out of court. Qualcomm birngs AH back to San Diego and promotes him back up to the level he was before the lawsuit. AH works in MST today.

139374: The EEOC draws a distinction between discrimination based on race/ethnicity/nationality AND discrimination based on citizenship status. EEOC will investigate discrimination based on race/ethnicity/nationality. DoJ or Immigration investigates discrimination based on citizenship, depending on the nature of the complaint. Stick to title and department. If someone files a complaint, that will usually be enough to point the feds in the right direction....

In Chennai QCOM VP, 2 ex alcatel director and ex HR (laid off) used to do all kinds of unethical practices if they think any employee is going to become threat for jobs or not in applying soap to them

Hete is the list ways they used to target.

  1. Initially they spread messages telling they going to lay off soon .

  2. Next cycle they will be put pip

  3. They won't give any work and finally during appraisal time no contributions so below 3 rating

  4. They will heep on change to different team and manager in the middle of cycle telling that businesse is demanding. .

  5. They will keep on change to different which is no way related employee skills aiming to leave them by themselves. So that they wanted to fill thier relationships who doesn't have basic WLAN knowledge.

Here is the list of people left due to their torture.

  1. ex Vp and Sr Dir of atheros

  2. HW Director and started atheros

  3. CST Director

  4. IOT /IOE Director

  5. Pricipal Manager -CBU -successfully completed all MDM projects

  6. Principal Manager - open source

  7. Pricipal Manager -PE poor guy left with in a week of joining due to IDIOT director

  8. Staff engineer/manager -Apps

  9. Sr Staff engineer/manager -IoE

  10. Lead Engineer - FW (poor guy left within 6 months of his joining )

  11. Led enginner - Fw host

  12. Lead Engineer - btc

....etc..

How about the way they hire H1Bs instead of American citizens. They bring people in from different parts of the U.S. for interviews just to find them all unqualified (I mean just to fulfill DOL requirements). The Indians they bring into the country are most likely less qualified than Americans but hey, they cost less and work slave hours.

Remember in legal world you pretty much can say anyone does anything by adding “allegedly”. For example, this QC guy allegedly made some insider trades and gained hundreds of thousands. Oh wait, that is actually true.
