I came from an outside company recently and negotiated by vacation available so that I did not lose anything from my last job. Follett was very accommodating.
Depends on who you work for too, I know a few people who have taken over a months vacation and have bee with Follett under 4 years.
Better use it quick. Can only carry over 40 hours as of next fiscal year. That's both vacation and sick time. Unless of course if you work for Sears, Kmart or Office Max then you have unlimited vacation time.
It depends on the state in which you work. Check your state's labor laws. Follett provides only what is legally obligated to provide
