Is Shell finished layoffs in the Calgary office? Does anyone know?

Nope. Shell is staggering out it's "reorganization plans" group by group....Some are finished, some are in the midst and pretty sure there will be more that will be announced. Also Shell doesn't "Lay off" anyone. In almost all cases they ask you to go into MOR aka look for a new position. Its a passive aggressive way to "lay someone off" because there are hardly any positions to move into and then you are forced out. There will be a mass exodus of any remaining staff at the end of the Fall MOR round as there will be no available positions.

Ask HR... that's their job.
So we have not heard what was actualy done. It seems there are a lot of Project cuts, some reliability cuts CRC, Lot of people with years putting up there hands to go. But as for HSE , SAP, Drilling , no Idea. the percentage of work teams are so scattered now Over seas Houston, New orleans, Its hard to put a number on things. In FootHills Site not hearing much.
