I think most people read the COG Report instead (Caught Off Guard).
It will rebound. Look at the COT report.
Look at CVX today. We rallied nicely almost all day long, just to end down $2.10. We ended down more than we were up at any point today. All this, despite oil ending up today. What story does that spell?
Like the first respondent said... "It will rebound, it's just a matter of time". That is true, but most of us are concerned whether or not we will rebound with it.
