Most of the technical Managers, Directors, Sr Directors in a company of QCOM size have "0" technical contribution. All they do copy-paste the status to the moron on the top and he to his moron at top and so on in recursive loop. Or, they move around with stupid excel sheets and PPTs. Get rid off these FREE LOADERS, company will be better off. No point laying off, bottom guys who toil day & night.

Let's layoff the old timers. 14+ years for lks... They are quiet complacent and have given up on working hard...if at all working. Most (not necessarily all). of these old timers have no incentives to work as they have themselves stated time and again... They are here (self admittedly) just for the sake of having a job that can pay for medical insurance etc....and other basic work benefits. Most brag about this and the fact that they really don't need to work with all the stocks gathered from riding the good old Q gravy train. We need folks who are not complacent and in tune with the industry needs. These old timers seems to have given up already. Let's get rid of them.
