As Ms. Clinton has found out (with Laureate), computer work can often by retrieved even after it's deleted. But it would be much easier to save the documents for when you need a "juice card" with the prosecuting agencies. For key executives at Apollo Group, I hope you continue to think you can get away with things--and that somehow all you need to do is wait for a new President. It will be much easier to prosecute you for your behavior at reckoning time. P.S. Whistleblowers shouldn't wait if they plan on being paid by the government. The money could go relatively quickly if the floodgates open wider.

UoPX could be around for another century if they radically reform. Can University of Phoenix be a legitmate college that tries to correct itself? Another question remains.
