you need to look at the VP of UNC - its all up to her - she has no idea what shes doing and makes her decision based on her friendships. even when she knew the company was in trouble she ok'd international travel into the thousands! sending her leadership to china one week then back to the US the next only to send them back to china the following week! what a joke and now she gets to pick who stays and who goes.
