Wondering where that leaves atls

I have bought in and invested all I have for a company that is rapidly changing for the worse. I am a leader, not a liar. This is tough to swallow....
We know nothing except that team consolidation is likely for most of us; eliminating up to 4 TL's per store. It would be safe that few of us are safe at this point. This is likely the tip of the iceberg.....I prefer to think that I'm being a realist vs a pessimist.
