While certain words arent wfm lingo, they are used so people outside the company can understand the comments in a broader context. Simply because someone says "employee" versus "team member" doesnt mean they arent from within the company and vice versa.

Also funny how you refer adamantly to the consumer as a "guest" but all you "love fest" refers to them as customers. Lets get real here...

Stop being a hypocrite.

The union workers at schlub foods seem like they're having a great life. By great life, I mean visibly decaying in front of you.

Unions are terrible. They negotiate a contract for you. Normally 3/5 years. Then when the time comes for renegotiating there are treats of being locked out from your store because the 2 parties can't agree on a new contract.

I believe this is stupid to bring up union. As you can see union reps have joined the site to brainwash you and it can work. But still not worth it.

Hint: manager, employee... that's not whole foods lingo.

I'm sure there are plenty of union grocery stores that would love to have someone with your experience. Maybe give them a call?

I think unions are a great option at this point. Management has run this company into the ground.
