Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

Speaking to other owners of rental properties in Mira Mesa, it doesn't seem like any of the tenants that are H1-B were affected by this layoff.

Collectively, a few colleagues of mine were asking if any of the tenants on H1-B were affected. And every single one of my colleagues said, when they asked their tenant, they said no they were still working at the Q. So it seem like this layoff didn't really hit the H1-B's making around $100k. And those folks were all over the place, some work in CRD and some in QCT.

Don't fool yourself.

Not only H-1Bs are not affected too much with layoffs, Q will bring over more thousands of H-1Bs. It's their business model; like they say "if it's aint broken, don't fix it".

Bitter landlords love to spout random irrelevent thoughts, extrapolate anecdotes as universal truth, and copy paste them later. Boasting about property in Mira Mesa...that's like boasting you have a 5 inch dick.
