I am really really sad to see him go. I've seen a lot in this company but this is unbelievable. They have really screwed us all this time.

- Lay off signmakers (reduce labor)
- Have every team print SLAW signs including higher-paid TLs (add labor)
- Add 20 more hours to SSS role for signs (add labor)
- Add 10 more hours to SSS to deal with new audits (add labor)

This is a SoPac store. I don't know all the details yet re: signmakers in SoPac. We had 2 signmakers here, now we just have one as one of them opted to take the severance and get out of this crumbling company.
