5 workers axed in Little Rock today. 2 of them long-time veterans in their dept. This such a slap in the face and shows just how clueless people at the top of this company are. More on the way for tomorrow. We are already so understaffed and can't get shit done. Guests are unhappy. Guess what? Now TMs are more unhappy than they already were, and even less is going to get done. We don't have the staff, and the ones we do have are over-worked and no longer care. Love Fest ya'll! TM happiness! Remember to smile for the guests like you are not worried if you'll be able to pay your bills or feed yourself and/or family. Little Rock media needs to hear this!
