To the person who commented that most PBSs are incompetent, I pose a question. Do you know "most" PBSs in our hundreds of Whole Foods Market stores? You can make a point about the unfair nature of these lay offs without insulting an entire group of people who hold a position.

They are already "sharing" TMBS in FL before the big downsize. For the marketing/general artists, they're calling them "floating" positions now. One one in house per store. In regards to buyers, I've heard on DL the cuts and consolidations are coming even though we're going into our busy season down here.
Most TMSG/PBS are barely competent enough to handle one store. Making them work on MULTIPLE stores? There are going to be twice the mistakes and nothing will be fixed.
They try to share TMS between stores but it's not working
In the north east region is wasn't just for just lower sales,lower volume stores. It was all stores. So yes- Columbus circle who makes about a million dollars ever other day and has over 600employee has ONE tms
They are going to multi-store PBSs for the lower sales volume stores. Everyone can apply for the remaining positions. Those who don't get them can try to find a job in the store or take the severance package.
