If you're on final warning for being late they will fire you on the spot as I did :/

Not as bad as I expected at my store. Buyers positions are gone and there will be one buyer for each department. Those who lost their positions were offered severance packages or can interview for other positions in the store (our store has plenty of positions for everyone who lost their buyer spots) We didn't lose an ASTL and team trainers are no longer trainers but some kept their hours and their pay. That's about it here.
Produce including Floral, Whole body, Grocery. All buyers.
Which teams?
Slaughter. Blanket firings at all the stores I talked too. No one is safe. Performance has nothing to do with who is fired.
