this is a great idea, but what will it truly accomplish? all the town halls i've been to have been higher ups spending $$ to travel to us to show us powerpoints about new store openings and then not answer any questions, or answer only with WFM doublespeak and non-info. i think it's just a dream that anyone from regional would give us any truth.
From the beginning, Town Halls were started to identify troublemakers and stop potential Union threats. Good luck with that. Enjoy the cool aid.
