Looks like first thing in the morning for me, what about you?

I'm in MA, am up trolling here because I can't sleep thinking about the meetings tomorrow morning.
7am in my store, but everyone who is on the chopping block knows what the meeting is about. Pathetic, this is not the same Whole Foods when I started, by any means. Years ago TM's made a difference, we meant something, we had job security. Try to move up and make a difference and your job is on the line. Do nothing and your job is safe.
that's what they did at my store (SO). meetings began in the morning, the last meeting was the supervisors in the late afternoon. by the time sups had their meeting, everyone knew what was coming. from what i've heard from friends, some stores are losing more positions than others. from my store i know that some teams will not have any sups or buyers. one astl per store. demo and marketing slashed or killed depending on the store. we had people crying. we've lost good employees already, and more are certain to follow. unfortunately for many people, the job market here is crap, so the severance package won't be enough for many people to get by on before they find a new job.
10 am tomorrow for my store..
Also I have a move to MA planned. Very worried now.
Keep us posted. I'm curious what's in store for the in development stores.
