Stores during the holidays

It will be a cluster. With no plan from regional as how to deal without having these seasoned and experienced buyers, specialists, and supervisors in their stores it will be a nightmare in logistics, planning and execution when it comes times for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Already holiday planning is going into full effect and the loss of labor in general will only add to the confusion.

Boo-hoo is going to be a reality. I luckily don't work there's anymore, but when I did I was a buyer and I wrote my own explanations if they were needed. Now management will be completely forced off the floor and the part time help will have absolutely no idea what they're doing. So glad I'm not going to be there.

Haha my store does the second largest sales in the company yet they lost a quarter of their store receiving team. Apparently the folks in global don't understand that there are stores that do more than 1.4 million a week. They made recommendations for the number of receivers up to 1.4 forgetting that there are several stores that do over 2 mil

Our specialty department lost half of the staff when we were number 2 in the region. We're f***ed.
