Y'all are lucky to have ever received "ChesaChips" or had sous chefs... Or for that matter, to have lived in a town with sous chefs. Must have been nice while it lasted.

Yes the chip lady was laid off.
Considering they laid off all sous chefs and about 12 other cooks and the entire FC staff except for the manager I would confidently say outsourcing is in our future!!!
The best cooks at Mongolian are gone. I'll speak for the other, we enjoyed cooking for you all. Glad we made you laugh at our jokes. Too bad they weren't enough to keep our jobs. Cheers!
